All Sandal Bloom diffusers include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults under normal use.
We offer a 14-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Opened fragrance oils are non-returnable.

Setting up your diffuser takes less than a minute. Hold the base firmly and twist the top section anticlockwise to open it. Fill your 100ml bottle with your chosen fragrance oil, then slot it back underneath the diffuser head, making sure it's tightly fitted and aligned with the top. Reattach the head by turning it clockwise until it locks securely into place. Finally, press the power button to switch it on, and your fragrance will begin to fill the room.
A single 100ml bottle lasts between 6 to 8 weeks with regular daily diffusing. Longevity will naturally vary depending on how often you run it and the intensity setting you prefer, so lighter use will stretch a bottle even further.
