All Sandal Bloom diffusers include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults under normal use.

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Opened fragrance oils are non-returnable.

How to set up?

Firmly hold the base of the diffuser and twist the top section counterclockwise to open it.
fill up your 100ml diffuser oil bottle with your fragrance oil and proceed to put the bottle back underside of the diffuser head, ensuring it is tightly fitted and aligned with the top section.
Reattach the diffuser head by rotating it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
Press the power button to switch on the diffuser and enjoy your fragrance.

How long do the oils last?

With regular daily use, a 100ml oil typically lasts between 30–45 days. For continuous scenting throughout the month, we recommend purchasing three oils.

Do you accept returns?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible purchases. If you wish to request a return or require further assistance, please contact our customer support team at info@sandalbloom.com, and we will be happy to guide you through the process.

What if my diffuser stops working?

All Sandal Bloom diffusers come with a 1-year warranty for your peace of mind. If your diffuser stops working within this period, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or solution. We also offer 30-day free returns, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
